  • How should I choose a collection?
    Misty Rock was founded with the intention to introduce the natural therapeutic qualities of crystals across all lifestyles, beliefs and communities for everyone to experience. We want to break the boundaries of pigeon-holing crystals as objects used only by a cliché stereotype. Crystals are natural formations of nature, and nature is something for all to enjoy. Go with what your intuition tells you, and if a particular collection catches your eye, just go with the flow – it’s really that easy. Our goal is to spread the appreciation of crystals for their beauty and the positivity they bring.
  • Are your crystals real?
    Misty Rock crystals are ethically sourced from reliable and reputed sellers from around the world. All crystals are checked for quality and chosen with intuition for our customers who purchase them.
  • Where are your crystals sourced?
    Misty Rock prides itself on sourcing our crystals and materials from eco-friendly and ethically mined crystals. Our crystals come from family owned mines in places such as Mexico and the USA, of whom we maintain close relationships with. Our bamboo crystal plates are also made of 100% ethically sourced, recyclable bamboo.
  • Do you 'cleanse' your crystals?
    Each and every crystal is lovingly cleaned and cleansed using Misty Rock's very own cleansing ritual. Each collection is then charged and attuned to their respective intentions, ensuring that they have been calibrated to be in their best form and ready to work harmoniously with one another and their owners.
  • How do I take care of my crystals?
    Just like us, crystals require care and cleansing ever so often, especially if you feel they have been exposed to environments with plenty of people around. Use the simple steps written on your Misty Rock care card which is included in your package, as a guide to cleaning and caring for your crystals whenever you feel it’s time to do so. Methods such as running water, salt baths and sunlight are great ways to cleanse your crystals. There are plenty of other methods to do so that are readily available online with a quick Google search! Should you have any questions or concerns about taking care of crystals, please feel free to drop us a private message.
  • Defective/missing/incorrect items
    Sometimes, in situations beyond our control such as during transit and delivery, such unfortunate instances may occur where your items may arrive damaged or broken. Kindly contact us immediately together with photographic evidence of all the original packaging and the damage of the product with as much detail as possible. However each case is treated individually. If you have missing items you must show us your entire order exactly how it came, including the external packaging. We cannot proceed without this in the event that your order has been tampered with, in this case we will have to open an investigation. For incorrect items you must send us your order number and a photo of the incorrect items that were sent out to hello@mistyrockofficial.com.
  • Am I receiving what is shown in the photo?
    Yes, you will be receiving all the items stated in the product information page. Please note that our crystals come in their natural, rough form. Hence, no two crystals will be exactly the same which will result in the actual crystals receive differing in shape, color, sheen and size from the collection shown in the gallery image. Please check our product descriptions for more information on specific items.
  • A note about crystals
    We seek your understanding to accept that all crystals differ in shapes, sizes and maybe even a little discolorations as a result of being mined from nature. Whatever you see in the pictures may not be the exact same crystal you’ll be receiving as in the product. image. This does not mean that the quality of the crystal you receive is compromised. It’s said that crystals find their way to the people they’re meant to be with, so don’t over think it.
  • Shipping within Southeast Asia
    We ship domestically in Singapore and to most countries within Southeast Asia as well as most parts of Asia. Shipping fees are indicated upon checking out of your cart. Please check with us first to make sure your country allows shipping of live plants and gem stones, or just get in touch with us and we’ll check it out for you!
  • International Shipping
    Yes, we ship internationally, however due to certain country restrictions on agricultural good, you might want to get in touch with us first to check if we are able to post to your desired location before placing your order. All international orders will come with an artificial air plant instead of a live one. Drop us a message and we'll provide more details
  • Processing & Handling
    All items will be shipped out within 2-4 days upon receiving your order. Misty Rock is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. We are unfortunately not liable for any delays from your shipping carrier, but should you feel that your order seems to be taking longer than usual, please get in touch with us and we will personally look in to the matter. As some countries have strict prohibitions against live plants and stones, please check with us first before placing your order if you’re unsure and we can help work out the shipping costs too
  • Processing time
    The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Estimated delivery times Singapore: 2-4 business days North America: 10-14 business days Asia Pacific: 3-7 business days We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Misty Rock is not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Returns & Exchanges
    We gladly accept exchanges under the following terms and conditions: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Return items back within: 30 days of delivery We don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
